Ronaldo B. Palo

Over three decades of experience in the construction and engineering industry. 18 years of expertise in construction engineering and management, and 18 years of dedicated service at the California Department of Transportation (CALTRANS). Has played a pivotal role in the successful delivery of numerous high-profile infrastructure projects, and successfully led multidisciplinary teams in the design, planning, and implementation of transportation projects.

Managed and ran his own construction business before migrating to the US. He has been an experienced Project engineer in a private construction company for several years. He had been with the Department of Public Works and Highways in Manila as a Senior Civil Engineer. His International career includes structural engineering and project management roles in Qatar in the Middle East

He holds an MBA from California State University, San Bernardino, an Executive Entrepreneurial Management certification from the Asian Institute of Management, and a Civil Engineering degree from Guagua National Colleges, Philippines. A passionate leader and active in organizations like the American Society of Civil Engineers, Professional Engineers in California Government, American Construction Institute, PICE USA and Toastmasters International.
