ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for Life Membership, an applicant must:

Be a Regular Member in good standing

Have at least seven (7) continuous years of membership

Submit a duly completed Life Membership Application Form

Obtain Chapter Endorsement, signed by:

Chapter President

Chapter Secretary
-
Chapter Treasurer

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Copy of valid PRC ID (non-expired)

Application Process
Step 1 – Submit Application
Submit your completed Life Membership Form to the PICE USA Chapter.
If unsure about your eligibility or membership history, you may contact the PICE National Office:

Step 2 – Chapter Endorsement
The PICE USA Chapter will:

Review your application
-
Provide official endorsement
-
Forward documents to PICE National Office
Step 3 – National Review & Approval
The Committee on Membership will evaluate your application and present it to the Board for approval.
Step 4 – Notification & Issuance

You will receive a decision within 5 working days after Board Meeting

Upon approval:

Life Membership Certificate

Official LM ID Card
