With a passion to assemble and unify all Filipino Civil Engineers who are residing and working in multiple regions within the United States of America (USA), a group of twenty (21) Filipino civil engineers collaborated and organized a professional organization with a common vision and objective that advocates camaraderie, synergy to advance educational quality and enhance global mobility within the civil engineering profession.

A signed petition for the formation of USA Chapter was sent to the PICE National Headquarters on October 20, 2017, by the founding members.

On October 28, 2017, the PICE USA Chapter was recognized as a PICE International Chapter and granted the PICE International Chapter Charter No. I-11.

On May 9, 2019, the incorporation of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers

USA Chapter by the Nevada State was approved and

granted the 501c6 Non-Profit Organization petition.
