Jesus O. Dimaala

A highly motivated and accomplished Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the construction industry, He is a Registered Master Plumber, Certified Safety Officer II, DPWH Accredited Materials Engineer – I, and DPWH Accredited Project Engineer II in the Philippines. A proud life member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

With 13 years of experience, he has successfully completed numerous projects, ranging from infrastructure developments to high-rise buildings. Known for his strong leadership and technical proficiency, he approaches challenges with a proactive mindset, ensuring quality and safety in every aspect of his work.

Since April 2019, he has served as a Project Manager at Pacific Cooperation Ltd., based in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. His leadership in major projects, such as the Rota West Harbour Marina and the Rota West Commercial Dock, has been instrumental in the region’s development. He has also managed renovation and retrofitting initiatives, demonstrating versatility and dedication.

Before this, he worked as a Project Engineer at Coors Construction Co. (2018-2019), overseeing government-funded projects, including public school buildings. From 2013 to 2018, as a Junior Project Engineer at Monolith Construction, he contributed to iconic high-rise projects, including the Greenfield Tower in Mandaluyong and the Aseana Two Project in Pasay, enhancing his skills in large-scale construction.

He began his career in 2012 as a Field Engineer at the Property Company of Friends (PROFRIENDS), supervising residential construction projects, where he gained hands-on experience in site management, quality assurance, and civil works execution.
