A licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt (CSBB), Edmon specializes in water infrastructure design and construction, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
As an Engineer II at ASPA, Edmon oversees design teams, conducts hydraulic modeling, and ensures compliance with EPA and ASEPA standards.
