Angelo Perez

Engr. Angelo M. Perez, P.E., M.S.C.E., brings over two decades of experience in Civil Engineering and Construction Management. As the owner and Principal of South Bay Consulting Engineers, LLC, with offices in Hayward and Pacifica, California, Engr. Angelo combines extensive practical experience with academic excellence, holding a Master’s in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University. His diverse portfolio spans residential, commercial, transportation and renewable energy projects across California and Nevada. As president of the Filipino American Society of Architects and Engineers (FASAE), he demonstrates his commitment to professional mentorship and community development. Engr. Angelo has been a California Licensed Civil since June 2005. Engr. Angelo acquired his California Contractor’s Licenses A and B in the year 2018, and hence acquired comprehensive understanding of both private and public sector engineering projects throughout California. Engr. Angelo holds a Certificate of Recognition from California State Assembly Kansen Chu on July 2019 for his continued work and leadership to enhance the careers of Filipino American Architects and Engineers in the greater South San Francisco Bay Area Community.
