More than 23 years of experience that includes a broad range of projects in municipal, education, health care, local, state, and federal markets. Public sector clients include the Department of Defense; GSA; California State Parks Department; San Diego Unified School District; California State Universities and multiple Counties and Cities in the San Diego, Los Angeles, and Imperial Counties in the United of America. Work experiences in other countries in Philippines, Doha, Qatar and Dubai.

Department of Defense (DoD) work experience includes projects for NAVFAC Southwest, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and the U.S. Air Force (USAF). Ron’s experience includes construction management, budgeting, conceptual estimating, preparation of bid proposals, cost estimating through the design phase and total project cost projections and cash flows. Ron will lead pre-bid conferences, validate, and level bid packages and provide cost management services during construction as needed. He also provided technical support in scheduling, cash flow preparation, billing, and management support for the project manager.

Brings a variety of experience to his role including a background in project management and estimating. As a Project Manager, I oversees all budgetary issues, monitors site specific progress, tracks the schedule, and is responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients and partners.
