Edwin Pajara has a combined experience of 24 years in the Philippines and 16 years and counting in United States with a total of combine 40 years in engineering and construction. I held a variety of positions throughout my career and have worked on various projects in Local City Street Improvements, Drainage systems, Flood control, Residential and Commercial Buildings, Water Line, International Airport, Industrial and Manufacturing, Hospitals, Public Schools, Military Facilities and under the US Federal Department of Defense funded projects. Edwin believes strongly in teamwork and always sits with the team and collaborates with all the different selected General and subcontractors. I work side by side with owners, Design Engineers for Design Build Contracts, Project managers, and supervisors, I provide recommendations whenever the projects requires or subject to the following events of mitigating the risks of delay, Earned Value analysis, Time Impact Analysis, Productivity and Delayed Claims with the aid of managing tools such as Primavera (P6), MS Projects and Touch Plans. In 1990 to 2000 I was able to form my owned construction company under the name of E.L.Pajara Construction with various government and private contracts with the City Government of Quezon City and DPWH.
